Developing the LloydsPharmacy social experience, growing following, conversion and engagement

 

During a time when we were going in and out of lockdowns, myself and my team took over the LloydsPharmacy social media accounts - we were tasked with growing their following, but more importantly creating engaging content with real conversion.

Fast forward to now, under my leadership, the team produce up to 100 assets each month - ranging from social adverts (based on ever-changing offers across products and services), to relevant organic content reflecting awareness days or current affairs. I also concept, produce and art direct the majority of the video and stills that are released on their platforms. Most recently the Christmas 2022 campaign shoot.

The volume of content required on the account demands effective planning and management consideration. Under my direction and guidance, myself and my team produce content in line with LloydsPharmacy’s brand guidelines but are always mindful to develop and adjust assets based on target market and channels.
